Customer Success Manager

Pipefy is currently searching for a Customer Success Manager

The Pipefy platform enables managers to create and execute any type of workflow through a Kanban-style user experience and without the need of IT, technical skills or professional services. What you´ll do:

  • Lead and own all post-implementation activity with the client in order to create recognizable business value for Pipefy’s top customers.
  • Build positive relationships, demonstrate product knowledge, plan and execute successful plans to ensure great customer adoption.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and accelerate client’s adoption of the new process in Pipefy by delivering and communicating customer ROI.
  • Be the customer’s voice and provide feedback to internal teams on how we can better serve our customers.

What we need you to have:

  • Strong sense of ownership with a bias for action and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to connect customers with an understanding of their needs and ensuring they understanding and realizing the full value of our products and services.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing).
  • Willingness to learn and improve fast.

It would be awesome if:

  • You´re fluent or nearly fluent in English.
  • You speak other languages (Italian, Spanish, German, French, etc).
  • You have a good understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • You have an analytical and process-focused mindset.
  • You know and have used Salesforce.
  • You are passionate about technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company.
