Account Executive – CWB

Pipefy is currently searching for an Account Executive.
Pipefy is a platform for business operations excellence and process management, backed by top-tier Silicon Valley venture capital firms including Trinity Ventures, OpenView, Founders Fund, Valor Capital, and Redpoint. The Pipefy platform enables managers to create and execute any type of workflow through a Kanban-style user experience and without the need of IT, technical skills or professional services.
In two years Pipefy has grown to 60,000+ customers (including Accenture, Visa, GE, Volvo, AB InBev, and Telefonica) in over 150 countries. And right now we´re looking for a senior web developer, focused on the Elixir technology, that can help us scale up all our tech operations.

Sales are responsible for bringing new revenue and we should focus on being 1% better every day, because we’re helping Pipefy to be a company that grows exponentially.

What you´ll do:

  • Every day you’ll be meeting online with customers (Understanding what customers need and demo Pipefy to them)
  • The inbound team is responsible to have meetings with different kind of customers all over the world that signed up at Pipefy (for example Brazil, United States, Latin America, Europe, South Africa and Asia)
  • Demonstrate Pipefy for these customers
  • Manage your sales pipeline (Follow up, negotiation, etc)
  • You’ll have to do an analysis to improve our results (Salesforce reports, understand your funnel and conversion rate)

What we need you to have:

  • Negotiation skills
  • An attitude of those who want to build something really big
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Huge energy 

It would be awesome if:

  • You´re fluent or nearly fluent in English
  • You know and used Salesforce
  • You know STC (Selling through curiosity) Methodology
  • You have communications skills to pass forward the knowledge you have
