You will mentor and grow the Engineering leadership team both technically and as people leader. With your guidance, the Engineering leadership team will continually level-up its predictability, reliability, and urgency. You know how to empower them with more responsibility while you are continually learning, growing, and adapting your own skills and representing Pipefy in the market with ever-greater impact.
You understand developing a hiring brand for an Engineering team for those yet to join us. You can coach and provide guidelines to others on the nuances of engaging with proven, collaboratively-oriented expert technologists. Moreover, you can adeptly navigate an eager Engineering team in Brazil to evolve within a globally-distributed and growing organization. You are comfortable working with many cultures and locales around the world and can bring the best of that diversity to your team. And you can communicate the performance expectations needed to thrive in this environment of change.
You have also worked with varied technology stacks during your career. You are excited each time you have had to evaluate and decide on the addition of something new to your team’s portfolio and know how to abandon or improve it throughout a well-defined lifecycle.
Finally, you thrive as part of an executive team. You work closely with other functions and strategic customers to understand and communicate the needs of the business. You know how to clearly explain the realities of engineering challenges to these other groups. You are able to not only appropriately push back on the rest of the organization, but also know when to push us forward when the team has the capacity to take on more.
