Pipefy is currently searching for a Talent Acquisition professional who can support us in the accelerated growth of the company. What you´ll do:

  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
  • Compose job offer letters
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
  • Source candidates on social networks and niche platforms (e.g. Github, Behance)
  • Advertise jobs internally and externally
  • Review job applications to identify high-potential candidates

What we need you to have:

  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Proven experience hiring IT professionals (At least 3 years) 
  • You can communicate very well both in English and Portuguese (You’ll use it both everyday). 
  • Great communication skills
  • You’re passionate about the recruitment daily operations (Calls and Resume evaluation);
  • You’re a business person, but you love technology.
