About the Pipefy Young Guns Program

During the program, the Young Guns will work as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), a key role to ensure efficiency to our sales process and to support Pipefy’s accelerated growth. Young Guns will be responsible for the first interaction with our potential customers worldwide, understanding their needs and identifying where the most significant customer opportunities are before moving these companies into the next step of our sales process.

Working as an SDR will help you develop exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, discipline, resilience, teamwork and business knowledge.

Our goal will be to ensure your development and growth within Pipefy, strengthening your professional excellence and agility. During the program, you will go through different training and specific formations to take on other challenges in our company after the program. Today, former Young Guns make up around 60 percent of our business area.

The participant who leads the ranking during the program year will have the opportunity to work in our San Francisco office for a month.

How it Works

Like everything here at Pipefy, this program is intense! You will have to leave your comfort zone for a full year, come equipped with aggressive goals have a competitive spirit and get tons of knowledge and personal development in exchange.

What You Need:

A drive to make things happen, a desire to stand out and a need to make an impact

A recent graduation date, or graduate student status

Positive attitude, willingness and humbleness

Previous work experience is a plus, but not required

Fluent English is a plus, but not required

Tech savvy is a plus, but not required
