Founded in 2018, Enkla Juridik launched with an uncommon promise in the Swedish legal market: deliver a fixed-price quote for any service in under 24 hours, with no surprises at the end of the engagement. In the early months, with low volume and only the two founding partners handling operations, managing everything through email and spreadsheets worked just fine.

That changed in 2019. As more leads came in asking for quotes, more cases needed to be delivered, and hiring new attorneys exposed the real cost of running everything by hand. Request statuses stopped being updated, deadlines slipped, and the data sitting in spreadsheets no longer supported sound decision-making. The partners had lost visibility into what was actually happening inside their own firm.

Without a central system to standardize intake, connect sales to service delivery, and trigger invoicing at the right moment, every new client meant more manual work and more risk of friction in the relationship.

The Solution

Enkla Juridik adopted Pipefy as the central platform to standardize and integrate the entire operation. The first process they built was the sales pipeline itself, which, unlike a traditional commercial funnel, requires a series of technical steps before a reliable quote can go out. Using the platform’s no-code flexibility, co-founder Niels Groenewegen mapped out the end-to-end flow in a matter of days, without technical support.

Lead intake was connected directly to Pipefy through Zapier. Every form filled out on the Enkla Juridik website automatically becomes a card that kicks off the standardized sales process. From there, the operation gained layers of sophistication, including an integration with Power BI that now feeds the partners reliable data for evidence-based decisions, replacing the unreliable manual sources they had before.

The setup was completed by integrating the main workflow with the company’s accounting system, automating billing the moment a legal matter wraps up. The result is a single, traceable flow that runs from quote request to final invoice, operated by attorneys of different backgrounds, technical or not, with full autonomy to customize the processes as the business evolves.

Between 2019 and 2020, the first year after adopting Pipefy, Enkla Juridik tripled in size, going from three attorneys in a single office to ten attorneys spread across three offices throughout Sweden.
