Coplacana plays a decisive role in the agribusiness of São Paulo, providing inputs and assistance to thousands of rural producers. However, with the expansion of the cooperative, operational volume grew in an unstructured manner. Before adopting Pipefy, managing requests from business areas relied on fragmented controls among emails, Excel spreadsheets, ERP systems, and Google Drive folders.
In this scenario, the IT, Credit, and Financial teams dealt daily with a high volume of manual and repetitive activities. The solution focused on digitalization and the creation of automations for all repetitive and screening activities. The tool allowed approvals and communications to be segmented, ensuring that managers and requesters were automatically notified whenever the status of a request changed. Additionally, the implementation of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) provided greater visibility and tighter control over lead times of each corporate request.
The adoption curve and the autonomy promoted by the platform also reduced the technical team’s workload. The teams themselves were able to manage and optimize parts of the processes, drastically reducing basic requests to the IT team.
