Nutracap Labs reclaims over 2,000 hours a month with Pipefy’s no-code automation

Nutracap Labs set out on a growth plan built around launching new products and expanding its footprint in the U.S. market. Before adopting process management software, its teams ran everything through Google apps like Gmail and Sheets, scattering information across documents and burning hours on repetitive manual work.

That setup created data silos and left teams with little visibility into their own operations, slowing processes down and introducing errors that undermined decision-making. The lack of structure also made audits harder and complicated compliance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) guidelines, a non-negotiable requirement in the nutraceutical industry.

Automation drove most of the gain: 1,392 hours reclaimed per month on automated tasks, plus more than 470 hours from email templates and 272 hours from the 3,262 pipe connections that orchestrate workflows and break down silos between departments. On average, that adds up to 2,135 hours reclaimed each month. In the first year, return on investment reached 546%.

The effect is structural. With more than 50% of employees on Pipefy daily and 45 processes automated on one platform, Nutracap Labs eliminated the silos between its Atlanta facilities and gained end-to-end control, from formulation to delivery. Teams stopped spending time on repetitive tasks and turned their attention to scaling production, sustaining growth without ramping up operational effort at the same rate.
