The Human Resources team depended entirely on manual tools, like Excel spreadsheets and exhausting email exchanges, to coordinate the entry of new professionals. The operational scenario was marked by a lack of standardization: new hires received spreadsheets to fill out, which resulted in formatting errors, incomplete data, and constant rework.
Furthermore, there was no centralized visibility of the flow, which prevented the agile transfer of information to other essential teams in onboarding, like IT and Facilities, generating failures in preparing the necessary infrastructure for the employee’s first day.

As soon as a new employee starts the flow, the IT and Facilities teams receive immediate alerts with the entry date and equipment needs.
