Whether you’re using documents online or offline, being able to find and store what you’re looking for easily will give you a massive leg up when it comes to working smarter. Consider how much time you’re wasting looking for documents which could so easily be avoided by filing properly.

If you’re filing offline, then you’ll need to make sure you keep all your storage areas clean, tidy and organized and ensure that everything is clearly labeled. If your filing system gets into disorder, it’s going to be chaos to get anything done.

On the other hand, if you’re organizing your files online; use a defined folder structuring system. If you’re trying to organize and manage files across multiple computers or an entire network, you can use a third-party software application, like Pipefy, that can help.

Predict Potential Problems
