Bloomin' Brands, Inc. is one of the largest casual dining companies in the world. Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, they have over 90,000 employees and 1,500 restaurants in more than 20 countries. The company holds the rights for brands such as Outback Steakhouse, Abbraccio Cucina Italiana, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Bonefish Grill, Aussie Grill, and Carrabba’s Italian Grill. 

In Brazil alone, Outback Steakhouse, Aussie Grill, and Abbraccio have over 200 storefronts in 16 Brazilian states, as well as the Brazilian Federal District.

In order to support their restaurant network all over Brazil, Bloomin’ Brands needed to efficiently control a number of their back-office processes.

In 2019, Bloomin' Brands Brazil was challenged with managing requests for all its stores. After analyzing several vendors, they chose Pipefy as the tool to operate these processes.

This was such a success that the company later broadened its usage of the platform, implementing other processes from finance (accounting, controllership, treasury, accounts receivable), IT (user access concession and revocation control), and HR (benefits and recruiting). Their Internal Control team also implemented an SOX conformity process, among several others.
