Onboarding Package is a service that the customer can acquire to ensure the support, enablement and modeling expertise throughout the implementation period in their company. These packages can be purchased through a one-time payment made when purchasing the platform. Those responsible for providing the service are the Implementation Managers (ISMs) and Sales Engineers (SEs).

Project Manager

Implementation Success Manager (ISM) that will act as the project leader, being the guardian of the project planning, due dates, meetings and escalations.

Solutions Engineer

Solutions Engineer (SE) that will be responsible for designing the processes in the platform, including the pipes structure and any custom integrations needed (available in our custom integrations package).

Kick-off

The kick-off meeting is a welcome call to better understand customer's needs and align expectations. A Success Plan will be built to set expectations, priorities, and define the project's next steps.

Admin Training

The Admin Training is a milestone that aims to provide product knowledge and cover all the key features that will be needed during the implementation period. It consists of taking Pipefy's advanced certification and joining the admin training call. The certification is an important step because you will get a conceptual and hands-on learning experience demonstrating how to set up and adjust your process. After completing this, the admins will join the admin training call to solve all of their questions about the product, guaranteeing your independence in the tool.

Modeling

This step focuses on setting up your process based on the detailed documentation previously shared. The Solutions Design team will be responsible for modeling and adjusting the process, while you, the Champion, will be responsible for validating the process in the agreed timeline. At the end of this stage, you will provide the first sign off and the process will be ready for testing by the power users.

End-user Training

With the process ready, all the users will be trained on the process. This training session will explore the main concepts of Pipefy, giving an overview of the product and sharing best practices that will provide a better experience with the tool. In the second part of the training, you will take over to demonstrate how the process was built in the tool. Having the knowledge about the tool and the process, your team will be ready to start using the tool.

Go-live

After setting up the go-live date, your users can start using Pipefy on a daily basis and the usage data will be monitored by the ISM. To finish implementation, the stakeholders will meet for a final session to review the process, provide feedback, and define next steps.

Webinar

Webinars are trainings that take place once a week, where you can deepen your knowledge as a Pipefy admin. You can learn about all the features we offer and their benefits! The webinars ensure you have the knowledge to keep your processes as up-to-date and efficient as possible.

Pipefy Online Certification

With the short and objective courses available through Pipefy University, you can learn and prove your knowledge in features that make processes more fluid, improve the performance of teams, and even allow for more efficient deliveries. Best of all, you're guaranteed a Pipefy Process Management Certificate at the end!

Open Office Hours (OOH)

During this time, you as a customer will be able to answer questions live with our Customer Success team. This happens twice a week! Sessions take place via video conference and you can open the microphone to ask your questions. Even if you don’t have questions, listening to other users can be beneficial. You can participate in these as often as you would like!
