Corrective maintenance


The Corrective maintenance Template was developed by our partner Econotrade – Soluções Sustentáveis.

The regular flow of the corrective maintenance process includes the user identifying the need for a correction creating a ticket via phone or radio, an operator fills out the initial info including the who, what, when, type of issue and priority. This will be followed by the maintenance department assigning a technician, who will perform the needed task and return with the necessary info to report to his manager, who may then include the data and formulate necessary improvements so as to formulate and maintain better KPIs.
