How to use this template

  • 1. Public form

    • This template was designed to allow you to share the start form using a public URL or embed it on your own web page. Using Pipefy to manage your customer surveys will allow you to centralize all your survey answers and analyze them. Click the "i" icon to learn how to use it!
  • 2. Email template

    • Once the customer completes the survey, it will appear on the done phase. This phase triggers an automated email thanking the person for taking part in the survey. Click the "i" icon to learn more about creating and editing email templates.
  • 3. Reports

    • Once you have a good amount of answers to your survey, you can extract a report to analyze the answers. All reports are generated on an xls. format and sent to you by email, allowing you to create graphs and your own analysis on the answers.
