In addition, they integrated Pipefy with Google Sheets to create a dedicated timeline, allowing clients to track their progress in real time. This no-code flexibility enabled the team to structure 97 active processes, successfully integrating nearly 100% of the company into the platform.

The implementation of Pipefy transformed Agilize’s operational efficiency, allowing the management of 92 thousand monthly demands with high predictability.

The use of automations for sending 86 thousand emails and executing 105 thousand automatic tasks eliminated repetitive manual work, allowing the team to focus on compliance and customer success.
The most direct impact was a drastic reduction in support tickets, as clients now have full visibility into the status of their company setup.
