In 2020, Globalfy set out to serve entrepreneurs in every U.S. state. Each state carries its own legislation and bureaucratic requirements for company formation, which demanded granular workflows tailored to a wide range of rules. The platform Globalfy used at the time offered neither the flexibility nor the visibility the operation required, and monitoring became increasingly difficult as volume grew.

Operations were also constrained by IT dependency. Every workflow change required manual updates to the codebase, which fueled a growing backlog and prevented business teams from responding quickly. Client communication was scattered across email threads, slowing down support and dragging out the onboarding experience.

The solution

Globalfy adopted Pipefy as its central process orchestration platform, prioritizing business-team autonomy through the no-code interface. The rollout began with standardizing onboarding: structured forms and conditional logic adapt in real time to each state’s specific rules, so the right information is captured on the first interaction and rework is eliminated.

From there, the solution extended into a client portal built with API integrations, centralizing request status and cutting support ticket volume. Automation now covers PDF contract generation and Google Drive integration for archiving. Parallel processes across Accounting and Sales are triggered automatically, so clients can launch their businesses in just two days.
